Ingredients:
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 cup Jack Daniel's whiskey
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a small saucepan, combine Jack Daniel's whiskey, ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the sauce to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 15-20 minutes until slightly thickened. Set aside half of the sauce for basting.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the baby back ribs with salt and pepper.
- Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 2-3 hours, basting with the reserved Jack Daniel's sauce every 30 minutes.
- Once the ribs are tender and caramelized, remove them from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
- Serve the grilled Jack Daniel's baby back ribs with the remaining sauce on the side for dipping.
