Serving Size: Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 1 cup Jack Daniel's whiskey
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine Jack Daniel's whiskey, ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Bring the sauce to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 15-20 minutes until slightly thickened. Set aside half of the sauce for basting.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the baby back ribs with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 2-3 hours, basting with the reserved Jack Daniel's sauce every 30 minutes.
  5. Once the ribs are tender and caramelized, remove them from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
  6. Serve the grilled Jack Daniel's baby back ribs with the remaining sauce on the side for dipping.
