Grilled Peaches with Buttermilk Ice Cream & Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 4 scoops buttermilk ice cream
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and honey.
  3. Brush the cut side of each peach half with the olive oil and honey mixture.
