Grilled Peaches with Mascarpone is a simple yet elegant dessert that highlights the natural sweetness of peaches caramelized on the grill and paired with the creamy richness of mascarpone cheese. It's a perfect summer treat that's both delicious and easy to make.

Grilled Peaches with Mascarpone

Serving Size: 3 servings

Ingredients:

  • 3 peaches
  • 3 tbsp mascarpone
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • a few mint leaves to garnish

Directions:

  1. Heat up the grill while you get things prepared.
  2. Split the peaches in half carefully along the 'join' line, twisting the two halves to open them.
  3. Remove the stone. Brush with a little oil on the cut side.
  4. Mix together the mascarpone and maple syrup.
  5. Grill the peaches cut side down for a couple minutes until you can see they are softening slightly around the side and you'll see grill marks when you turn them.
  6. Lift them carefully from the grill as they will soften. You can grill the skin side as well, if you like - it will make them softer.
  7. Serve topped with the maple mascarpone and garnished with mint.
