Ingredients:
- 8 slices Sourdough
- 4 tablespoons Pesto
- 4 tablespoons Salted Butter, {softened}
- 8 ounce ball of fresh Mozzarella, sliced thin
Directions:
- Preheat your pan over medium low heat.
- Spread evenly and thinly about a tablespoon of butter per (2) slice of bread.
- Lay the bread {butter-side down} on to the preheated pan. Layer Mozzarella and a tablespoon of pesto.
- Top with the second slice of bread {butter-side} up. Flip when nice and golden and repeat.
