Ingredients:

3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp butter, softened
2 Tbsp light corn syrup
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 cup wheat bran
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup blueberries

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In the bowl of a stand mixer using the paddle attachment combine the sugar, butter, corn syrup, egg and the milk mix on medium speed till combined.
In a medium bowl combine the flour, wheat bran, baking powder and baking soda, add flour mixture to the wet ingredients.
In a small bowl stir in 1 Tbsp of flour to the blueberries. Fold in blueberries to the mixture.
Fill paper lined muffin tins 3/4 of the way full.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick when inserted comes out clean.
