Herb-Crusted Baked Cod with Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parsley, dill, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the cod fillets in the baking dish and pat the herb mixture on top of each fillet.
