Ingredients:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard.
  2. Add in the celery, red onion, parsley, and dill. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
