Herb-Roasted Lobster Dinner with Lemon Butter Asparagus

Ingredients:

• 2 lobsters, halved
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 lemon, juiced
• Zest of 1 lemon

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place the lobster halves on a baking sheet.
3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
4. Brush the herb mixture over the lobster halves.
