Honey Pistachio Baklava Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 package phyllo dough, thawed
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup orange blossom water

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine chopped pistachios, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon. Set aside.
  3. Carefully unroll the phyllo dough and cut into 3-inch strips.
  4. Brush each strip with melted butter and place a spoonful of the pistachio mixture at one end.
  5. Roll up the dough into a tight spiral to create small baklava rolls.
  6. Place the rolls into the prepared baking dish.
