Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in the bell pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika, then add them to the skillet.
  5. Brown the chicken on both sides for about 5 minutes each.
  6. Pour in the chicken broth, cover, and let it simmer for 25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Remove the chicken and stir in the sour cream until well combined.
  8. Return the chicken to the skillet, coat with the sauce, and heat for another 5 minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
