Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Guinness beer
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Directions:
