Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh white fish fillets (such as mahi-mahi or snapper)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice

Directions:
