Ingredients:
- 4 slices of Texas toast
- 4 ounces turkey breast, sliced
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 cup Mornay sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, toast the Texas toast slices until golden brown on both sides.
- Place the toasted Texas toast on a baking sheet.
- Layer the turkey breast slices evenly over the toast.
- Pour Mornay sauce over the turkey.
