Ingredients:

  • 1 lb stewing beef, cubed
  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup Guinness beer
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a large pot, brown the stewing beef over medium-high heat.
