Ingredients:

  • 1 lb turkey breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add turkey slices and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add bell peppers and broccoli, cook for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
