- 2 pounds large shrimp, deveined and shells removed
- 1 pound Andouille sausage, sliced
- 4 ears corn, cut into halves
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, halved
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 cups water
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Directions:
- In a large pot, bring 6 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Add the baby potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
- Stir in the sliced Andouille sausage and Old Bay seasoning; cook for another 5 minutes.
