Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds large shrimp, deveined and shells removed
  • 1 pound Andouille sausage, sliced
  • 4 ears corn, cut into halves
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 cups water
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a large pot, bring 6 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the baby potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in the sliced Andouille sausage and Old Bay seasoning; cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add the corn and minced garlic; boil for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Finally, add the shrimp and lemon halves; cook for about 3-4 minutes or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  6. Drain the mixture and transfer to a large serving platter.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
