Maple Bacon Mochi Donuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mochiko (sweet rice flour)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix mochiko, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together maple syrup, milk, egg, and vegetable oil.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in crumbled bacon.
  4. Pour batter into a greased donut pan and bake at 350°F for 15-18 minutes.
  5. Once baked, let the donuts cool before serving.
