Ingredients:
- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 4 oz cheddar cheese, sliced
- 1 cup roasted red peppers, marinated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Brush one side of each slice of sourdough bread with the olive oil mixture.
- Layer mozzarella cheese, roasted red peppers, and cheddar cheese between two slices of bread, oiled side out.
- Place the sandwich in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from the air fryer, slice, and serve warm.
