  • 1/4 cup diced cucumbers

  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons capers, rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
