Ingredients:

  • 4 large artichokes
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the artichokes by cutting off the top third and removing the tough outer leaves.
  3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Carefully spread the artichoke leaves apart and stuff the breadcrumb mixture between the leaves.
