Mild Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients:

• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
• 1 cup broccoli florets
• 1 cup snow peas
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 teaspoon sesame oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Cooked rice for serving

Directions:

1. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced chicken breasts and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
3. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
4. Add the bell peppers, broccoli, and snow peas. Cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve the stir-fry hot over cooked rice.
