- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 green onions (chopped for garnish)
Directions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions and cook until they become translucent.
- Add the beef to the pot and sauté until browned.
- Stir in the potatoes and carrots, cooking for a few minutes.
