No Bake Mint Chocolate Chip Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Peppermint Extract
  • 5 drops McCormick® Green Food Color
  • 1 container (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons miniature chocolate chips, divided
  • 1 prepared chocolate crumb crust (6 ounces)

Directions:

  1. Beat cream cheese, sugar, extracts and food color in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended and smooth.
  2. Gently stir in whipped topping and 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips. Spoon mixture into crust.
  3. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Garnish with remaining 2 tablespoons chocolate chips. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
