Oven-Roasted Brussels Sprouts are a simple yet delicious side dish that transforms humble vegetables into a crispy, caramelized delight. These petite green gems are tossed with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roasted to perfection in a hot oven until their edges turn golden brown and irresistibly crisp. The roasting process enhances their natural sweetness and nutty flavor, making them a favorite among even the most skeptical vegetable eaters. Add a squeeze of lemon juice or a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese for an extra burst of flavor. Whether paired with a hearty roast or served as a standalone snack, these Brussels sprouts are a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.
