Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 8 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and semisweet chocolate over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in sugar. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
  4. Whisk in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined. Do not overmix.
