Pepperoni Pizza Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of rotini pasta
  • 1 cup reduced fat pasta sauce
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • ½ Tbsp italian seasoning
  • 40 Pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup reduced fat shredded mozzarella

Directions:

  1. Boil pasta according to package, drain and add to a bowl.
  2. Preheat oven to 350F, spray a 9x13 casserole dish.
  3. In your bowl mix pasta, pasta sauce, pizza sauce, and seasoning.
  4. Cut half of your pepperoni in small pieces and mix into your pasta, add in ½ cup of mozzarella.
  5. Pour out into your casserole dish and pat down evenly.
  6. Top with remaining cheese and then pepperoni slices, finish with a little extra italian seasoning.
  7. Cover with foil and bake in oven for 20 minutes, remove foil and continue baking 15 more minutes.
