Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper to make the marinade.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour in the marinade. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
