Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 package gyoza wrappers
- 1/4 cup ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, cabbage, garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto a gyoza wrapper, wet the edges with water, and fold in half, pleating the edges to seal.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the gyoza in a single layer and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
- Pour 1/4 cup water into the pan and cover immediately to steam the gyoza until the water evaporates.
- Uncover and let the gyoza cook for an additional minute until crispy.
