Ingredients:

  • 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 red chilies, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, ginger, and chopped chilies; cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add cumin powder and paprika, stirring well to combine.
  5. Add the prawns to the skillet, cooking until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Stir in soy sauce, lime juice, and salt; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
