Ingredients:
- 1 package slider buns (12 count)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup queso dip
- 1/2 pound cooked chorizo, crumbled
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, queso dip, crumbled chorizo, jalapeños, cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping them attached at the bottom.
- Place the bottom half of the slider buns in a greased baking dish.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the bottom half of the buns.
- Place the top half of the slider buns on top of the cheese mixture.
- Brush the melted butter over the top of the buns.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before pulling apart and serving.
