Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
  3. Cut each biscuit into quarters and roll them into balls.
  4. Dip each ball into the melted butter, then coat them with the pumpkin mixture.
  5. Layer the coated biscuit balls in a bundt pan, sprinkling chopped pecans between layers.
  6. Pour any remaining pumpkin mixture and butter over the top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving platter.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
