Ingredients:
- 2 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and roll them into balls.
- Dip each ball into the melted butter, then coat them with the pumpkin mixture.
- Layer the coated biscuit balls in a bundt pan, sprinkling chopped pecans between layers.
- Pour any remaining pumpkin mixture and butter over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving platter.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
