Raspberry Sugar Plums are delightful little bites of sweetness, perfect for the holiday season or any time you crave a fruity treat. This recipe combines the tartness of fresh raspberries with a sugary coating, creating a burst of flavor in every bite. They're easy to make and even easier to enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 1 14 oz can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 1/2 cups of coconut
- 1 cup crushed fine vanilla wafers. (I use Nilla Wafers)
- 2 3 oz packages of Raspberry flavor gelatin, divided.
- Whole cloves
Directions:
- In a large bowl mix together the condensed milk, coconut, and the crushed vanilla wafers.
- Add 1 package of the jell-o gelatin and mix well.
- Roll into 1 inch balls and roll in the remaining jell-o
- Top with a whole clove.
- Keep in fridge until ready to serve
