Recipe Source: Tasty Kitchen
Roasted Asparagus with Ginger Soy Sesame Dressing is a vibrant side dish that combines crisp-tender asparagus with bold, Asian-inspired flavors. The asparagus spears are roasted to bring out their natural sweetness, then drizzled with a zesty dressing made from fresh ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a touch of honey for balance. A sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds adds a nutty crunch, while the bright, tangy dressing complements the earthiness of the roasted asparagus. Perfect as a side for grilled meats or tofu, this dish is quick, healthy, and bursting with flavor.
