Ingredients:
- 1 pound lump crabmeat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
- In a large bowl, gently combine crabmeat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, parsley, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
