Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, spinach, feta cheese, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and egg. Mix until well combined.
