    Prep Time: 30 minutes

    Total Time: 30 minutes

    Serving Size: Serves 4

    Ingredients:

    • 1 pound fresh scallops, cleaned and sliced
    • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
    • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
    • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
    • 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
    • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
    • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
    • Salt to taste
    • Pepper to taste
    • Tortilla chips for serving

    Directions:

    1. In a bowl, combine lime juice, cilantro, jalapeño, red onion, salt, and pepper.
    2. Add scallops and shrimp to the bowl, ensuring they are well coated in the marinade.
    3. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the seafood to 'cook' in the lime juice.
    4. After marinating, add cucumber slices to the mixture and gently toss.
    5. Serve chilled with tortilla chips on the side.
