Sea Salted Caramel Fudge Covered in Milk Chocolate

Ingredients:

• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter
• 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
• 2 cups milk chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Prepare a square baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the sugar, stirring constantly until it turns amber in color.
3. Slowly pour in the heavy cream while stirring continuously to create the caramel sauce.
4. Add the butter and sea salt to the caramel, stirring until smooth and well combined.
5. Pour the caramel into the prepared dish and refrigerate until firm.
6. Once the caramel has set, cut it into small squares.
7. Melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
8. Dip each caramel fudge square into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's completely coated.
9. Place the chocolate-covered fudge squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each square.
10. Refrigerate the fudge until the chocolate sets.
