Simple Cranberry-Pear Crisp

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 3 ripe pears, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cranberries, sliced pears, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Mix well and transfer to the prepared baking dish.
