- 2 beef tenderloin steaks
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup beef stock
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup heavy cream

Directions:
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a skillet, melt 1 tbsp of butter over medium-high heat.
