Smoked Honey-Glazed Spare Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 2 racks of spare ribs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C) using hickory wood chips for added flavor.
  2. Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the back of the racks and trimming any excess fat.
