Ingredients:
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, covering them evenly.
- Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
