Smoky Maple Glazed Pork Ribs

Difficulty: MEDIUM

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 3 hours

Total Time: 3 hours 10 minutes

Serving Size: Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt to make the marinade.
  2. Place the pork ribs in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Prepare the grill for indirect cooking at 250°F (120°C).
  4. Remove the ribs from the marinade and place them on the grill. Cook the ribs over indirect heat for about 3 hours, turning occasionally.
  5. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, baste the ribs with the remaining marinade every 10 minutes to create a sticky glaze.
  6. Once the ribs are tender and caramelized, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
  7. Serve the smoky maple glazed pork ribs hot with your favorite sides.
