- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika

- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt to make the marinade.
