Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs pork shoulder, bone-in
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions:
