Smoky Nueskes Ham and Cheese Croissant

Ingredients:

  • 1 Nueskes ham steak, sliced
  • 2 croissants
  • 4 slices of Gruyere cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the croissants in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard on the bottom half of each croissant.
  4. Layer slices of Nueskes ham on top of the mustard.
  5. Place Gruyere cheese slices on top of the ham.
  6. Drizzle honey over the cheese.
  7. Cover with the top half of the croissants.
  8. Spread butter on the top of each croissant.
