Ingredients:
- 2 cups sourdough starter
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 1/2 cup warm water
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine sourdough starter, bread flour, and salt. Mix well.
- Add minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and warm water to the mixture. Knead until a smooth dough forms.
- Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Shape the dough into a round loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Score the top of the loaf with a sharp knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
- Allow the bread to cool before slicing and serving.
