- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the cold cubed butter to the flour mixture and cut it in using a pastry cutter or your fingers until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Make a well in the center of the mixture and pour in the buttermilk. Stir until the dough comes together.
