- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, 1/2 cup sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and remaining sugar.
- Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until just combined.
