Ingredients:
- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup champagne
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup white chocolate, melted

Directions:
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until just simmering.
- Remove from heat and pour over the chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Let it sit for 1 minute.
