The cauliflower rice is seasoned with warm spices and paired with protein-rich chickpeas, fresh vegetables, and a creamy tahini sauce. Spiced Cauliflower Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cauliflower, grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Tahini sauce for drizzling

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
