Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pita bread rounds
- Tahini sauce, for drizzling
- Pickled cucumbers and tomatoes, for serving
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
- Add the sliced chicken thighs to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for about 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Warm the pita bread rounds in the pan for about 1 minute on each side.
- To assemble the wraps, place the grilled chicken on each pita bread round. Drizzle with tahini sauce, add pickled cucumbers and tomatoes, and garnish with fresh parsley.
